Moving Crew Driver ($20–$25/hr + Tips)

Drivers Wanted!
Starting pay: $20-25 per hour (depending on experience level)
Full-Time | No Experience Required to Start | Fast Interviews, Faster Offers
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring Movers and Drivers to join our crews — real teamwork, real variety, and real money in your pocket every single day.
What You'll Earn
  • Starting pay: $20-$25/hr, no experience necessary — just a clean background/drug screen and the willingness to work hard
  • Up to $27/hr if you've got 6+ months of moving, warehouse, logistics, or military logistics experience. We pay for what you bring on day one, not after a year of asking
  • Daily tips on top of your hourly wage. Most crews take home real cash every shift, something you'll never see on a warehouse floor
  • $500 in milestone bonuses in your first 90 days — just for showing up, getting trained, and sticking with the team
  • A real path to $25+/hr and beyond as a Manager, Crew Lead, Driver, or Trainer. We promote from inside our crews
What the Job Actually Looks Like
We're not going to sugarcoat it: this is physical work. You'll be lifting, carrying, climbing stairs, driving, and some days will be hot. What we can promise is a crew that's got your back, a truck stocked with the right equipment, and a schedule that respects the toll this job takes on your body (we take heat and hydration seriously — this isn't a job where you're left to figure it out alone).
In exchange, you get variety that no warehouse job offers: new places, new people, a job that changes every day instead of the same conveyor belt on repeat, plus the satisfaction of finishing a job customers are genuinely grateful for.
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable: someone who shows up, every shift, on time
  • Physically able to lift and carry household items repeatedly throughout the day
  • A team player who trusts the crew around them
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (we're in customers' homes — trust is the job)
  • Valid driver's license for Driver-track positions
No moving experience? No problem, we'll train you. Prior moving, warehouse, logistics, or military experience? Tell us, it moves you straight into our higher pay tier.
Why Our Crews Stay
  • Weekly variety instead of warehouse monotony
  • Daily tips most warehouse and delivery jobs don't offer
  • A clear, published pay ladder. You always know what it takes to earn more
  • A real promotion path into Management, Crew Lead, Driver, and management roles
  • A team that trains you, not one that throws you on a truck solo on day one
Ready to Start?
We move fast because we know you've got options. Apply today and, if you're a fit, expect to hear back and interview within 48 hours.
This job posting is for a position at the individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Tucker, GA.
