Responsibilities

  • Analyze and classify a wide range of sounds, tones, and musical passages.
  • Develop and refine categorization frameworks for genres, instruments, and styles.
  • Provide expert annotations and validations of music datasets.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to ensure accuracy and depth of musical analysis.

Qualifications

  • Advanced training or degree in Music, Music Theory, or related field.
  • Strong background in music theory, ear training, and performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex musical elements across genres.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent listening and classification skills.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
