  • Booker is a key player in the Wholesale and Convenience landscape, servicing an extensive and diverse customer base. With ambitious growth plans in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact role in a strategically important channel.

The role:

  • We’re seeking a commercially sharp and experienced National Account Manager to lead the Booker relationship, covering Booker Wholesale, Booker Retail Partners (including Londis, Budgens, Premier), Catering, and Bulk divisions.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio including both branded and own-label ranges across a complex and fast-moving customer group with multiple buyers and decision-makers.
  • You’ll be expected to build and lead customer relationships across multiple touchpoints
  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans
  • Drive category-based selling initiatives to unlock growth
  • Influence and negotiate effectively across Wholesale and Retail environments

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG National Account Management, ideally within Wholesale and/or Convenience Retail
  • Strong category selling capability and a data-led approach
  • Confident working across multiple customer segments and buyer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and deliver on growth opportunities
  • Commercially astute, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a broad portfolio in a fast-paced environment
