NED / Chairperson with Family Office Contacts required

We are a successful Property Investment Company . Based in the North of England we have created a portfolio of over 500 properties managed by a team operating from offices. The value of the portfolio is north of £32 million with a rental income of £3.5 million

Utilising a state of the art AI management system we have created we are experienced in all aspects of purchasing, renovating and managing residential properties and Tenants. We are fully conversant with the new rules.

We are now ready to take our business to the next level . A level which at the moment no private property company has reached. Because we want to build a large scale portfolio of 5,000 plus residential properties. To do that we need investment from a series of Investors who have the funds to build such a portfolio

We are looking for a person who has the contacts and expertise to market our product and if successful to stay on as a Chair to give them confidence in investing their money.

We believe the market is now ready for a private company of this type to move the residential letting market into the 21st Century. You only have to look at the accounts of any of the major housing associations ( or even the smaller ones) to see the enormous potential of this business model. It just needs someone to build the first one and then everyone else will follow. There is unlimited scope to expand into the 5 million properties owned by 2 million private investors and who the Government is determined to move out of the market.

If you could be the person to work with us please send your CV and a covering message explaining why you are the right person. We look forward to hearing from you.
