Job Description & Summary

About the role

Join our Consulting team and play a leading role in delivering high-quality Oracle NetSuite solutions for ambitious mid-market, high-growth, and private equity-backed organisations. You'll lead functional workstreams that help clients transform the way they run their finance and operations combining deep NetSuite expertise with genuine consulting skills to turn complex business challenges into scalable, practical solutions. This is a role with real variety: you could be shaping a new implementation, optimising an existing platform, driving a rollout, or stepping in to recover a project. Alongside client delivery, you'll help grow our practice coaching talented consultants, building reusable tools and methods, and contributing to new opportunities. You'll work within a collaborative "one-team" model, partnering closely with colleagues across our UK and Cairo delivery teams. If you enjoy building trusted client relationships, taking ownership of delivery, and helping others develop in a growing team where our propositions are still evolving, this is a place where you can make a real impact. We offer a hybrid working model, with travel to client sites and offices based on project needs.

What your days will look like

  • Lead functional workstreams across implementation, optimisation, rollout, and recovery projects.
  • Run client workshops on core finance and operational processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into scalable functional designs.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Manage project scope, effort, and timelines while maintaining commercial discipline, particularly on fixed-fee projects.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, ensuring work meets our quality standards.
  • Coach and develop consultants, review deliverables, and create reusable templates, methods, and training materials.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work, and build relationships with clients and NetSuite contacts

This role is for you if

  • Hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in an equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes such as Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay.
  • Experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-book environments.
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Skill in translating business requirements into clear functional designs.
  • Confidence creating process flows, configuration workbooks, and design documents.
  • Commercial awareness, including contributing to proposals, estimates, or business development.
  • A collaborative, delivery-focused approach with a commitment to developing others. (Desirable: NetSuite certifications; experience with modules such as Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, SuiteTax, SuitePeople, SuiteProject, SuiteProjects PRO, WMS, or SuiteAnalytics and experience with offshore or blended delivery teams.)

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
