The role acts as a critical interface between Head Office, Site Offices, Shipyards and vessel representatives, ensuring the seamless flow of technical information, timely resolution of engineering issues and successful delivery of project objectives relating to safety, quality, schedule and operational performance.</p><p>The role requires regular travel to shipyards, supplier facilities and vessels as required.</p><p>This hands-on, multidisciplinary role leads the coordination and liaison with other several disciplines (including, but not limited to, structural design, naval architecture, vessel stability, machinery, quality control, fire & safety, procurement, electrical & navigation systems, HVAC, piping, architectural conception & design, and outfitting) while supporting the Project Director in ensuring full compliance with the Shipbuilding Contract.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'>Your Essentials</H2> </div><div><ul><li>Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a cruise operator, shipyard, marine consultancy, classification society, or similar maritime environment.</li><li>Working knowledge of vessel design, ship construction processes, marine systems and engineering documentation.</li><li>Ability to review and interpret technical drawings.</li><li>Strong technical coordination, project support, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate and summarise technical issues.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working within multidisciplinary project teams.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
