Night Cleaning Operative

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, floors, restrooms, and customer touchpoints.

Kitchen Maintenance: Deep clean and maintain kitchen spaces and equipment in line with food safety and health & safety protocols.

Quality Assurance: Complete daily night-shift checklists to ensure consistent, high-standard results.

Working Hours & Schedule

Shift Start Times:

Weekdays: Starts at 11:00 PM

Weekends: Starts at 11:30 PM

Duration: 3 hours per shift (Part-time daily routine)

Requirements

Age: Must be 18 years or older (required for overnight/late-night operations).

Location & Transport: Must live locally within walking distance or have reliable personal transport (car/driving license) due to limited late-night public transport options.

Attributes: Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.

Language: Good spoken English.

Experience: Commercial or restaurant cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
