Night Receptionist - Front Office

We have an amazing opportunity for a Front Desk Night Receptionist to join our Front Office Team at the Shangri-La Hotel. Our Night Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, and on many occasions will represent the ‘face’ of the hotel. You will provide efficient and courteous assistance to our guests and maintain an active presence in the hotel lobbies. Your duties will include performing guest registration, check-in, check-out, cashiering and foreign exchanges while adhering to the Shangri-La policies and procedures. 

We’re looking for a candidate who has a level of experience within a similar environment; Our front office team members will have a thorough knowledge of Forbes standards, an immaculate appearance, as well as motivation and a positive attitude. You will play a key role not just in the Front Office, but also as a part of the Shangri-La Group- and therefor be committed to our core values: humility, courtesy, respect, helpfulness, and sincerity.
