Office Space Planner (Part-Time)

Overview FM department requires an office space planner to join their team to maintain accurate and up-to-date office space plans for all managed properties within the portfolio. The role delivers space planning services to clients, facilitates and manages minor moves, alterations, refurbishments and general churn with the Property Manager. Responsibilities * Maintain and update all plans for the portfolio. * Manage space planning requirements as and where required. * Produce accurate numbered plans pre project moves, demonstrating clearly existing and proposed layouts for relocation and project teams to deliver upon. * Liaise with IT and relocation contractors to ensure the full brief is provided. * Manage minor projects/moves with the Property Manager. * Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with all legislation and Publicis Groupe Policies (Janus) relevant to the role and all activities undertaken. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel and internal/external clients and vendors both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment. * Maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Re:Sources and across all customer and supplier organisations. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communication with tenants/clients. Qualifications * High proficiency in AutoCAD (2016) LT or better. * Demonstrable knowledge of space planning standards and related industry regulations. * Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Outlook; knowledge of SAP preferred. * Strong management and communication skills. * Self‐starter with a can‐do attitude and an attention to detail. * Organised, methodical, friendly and open personality.
