You will lead operations, managing a team of 11 coordinators and recruiters while supporting a workforce of over 350 production operatives. Your focus will be on recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, payroll accuracy, and employee engagement to ensure excellent service delivery.

Shift patterns:
* 09:00 - 17:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed

Pay rates:
* 16.82 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for On site manager:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
* Strong industrial recruitment background
* Proven ability to manage and develop a large team
* Good understanding of UK right to work legislation and worker rights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of the local jobs market
* Proficient IT skills, including good knowledge of Google sheets
