Operational Efficiency Lead

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency across the warehousing function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.

    Proven experience in operational management within a warehousing or logistics environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.
  • Effective communication skills to engage and inspire your team.
  • It would be great if you also have
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • A background in project management.
