<p>Operations Coordinator - Luxury, Exclusive Real Estate Immediate start - ongoing temporary role / potential for permanency Based in Fitzrovia offices with 1 day work from home £15ph - £17.50ph, depending on experience Are you immediately available and raring to get stuck into an operational lynchpin role where no two days are the same?  Tiger has partnered with a luxury, exclusive real estate firm based in the heart of bustling Central London. They are now seeking a temporary Operations Manager to join them on an ongoing basis whilst they source the permanent hire (likely around 6-8 weeks). You will be incredibly tech-savvy, an administrative superstar with similar experience in an operations/business lynchpin role, ready to support and turn your hand to anything.  Ideally, you will have experience within residential real estate / residential property.  What You'll Do This role is truly a jack-of-all-trades position, where you will be central to supporting with marketing, administration and business operations.  First point of contact for agents and go-to support for Marketing and Sales teams  Managing calendars and trackers, marketing campaigns, the internal CRM & workflow  Support with reporting, documentation, website management and uploading new listings Managing shared inboxes, supporting with office operations & administration Constantly seeking to improve processes and ways of working with AI and technology Identifying process gaps and improving workflow - building simple AI solutions, templates or automatics to improve efficiency  Sending out internal communications, announcements Who You Are You will be highly organised, confident with technology and various CRM/softwares, you will love being the go-to and working at the centre of a rapidly growing business. Commercially aware, strategic operator and thinker, calm and unflappable.  Experience wise, you will ideally possess: 1-3+ years of experience in an operational, administration, business support role Industry experience within residential real estate would be highly desirable Demonstrated ability to use AI - building your own solutions Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and manage multiple conflicting priorities at once Self-starter, loves building relationships, and honest/trustworthy when handling confidential information We are moving quickly on this search and will be assessing applications as & when received.
