<p>Role - Oracle Fusion ERP Lease Accounting Technical Consultant</p><p>NON VISA CANDIDATES</p><p>Min - 15+ IT Exp</p><p><br></p><p>5+ years of Oracle ERP experience.</p><p><strong>3+ years of Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting implementation and support experience.</strong></p><p><strong>Strong understanding of IFRS 16 lease accounting requirements.</strong></p><p>Experience configuring lease accounting calculations, depreciation, amortization, remeasurement, and reassessment schedules.</p><p>Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.</p><p>Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting.</p><p>Ability to validate lease accounting entries, reconciliations, accounting events, and financial reporting outputs.</p><p>Strong collaboration skills with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Technical, and Customer teams.</p><p>Good-to-Have</p><p><br></p><p>Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Certification.</p><p>Accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA.</p><p><strong>ASC 842</strong></p><p>Experience with lease data migration and conversion activities.</p><p>Experience working in multi-entity or global lease accounting environments.</p><p>Knowledge of audit, compliance, statutory reporting, and financial controls.</p><p>Experience in customer-facing consulting, implementation, managed services, or post-go-live support environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting.</p><p>Design and configure IFRS 16 compliant lease accounting processes across the lease lifecycle.</p><p>Configure and validate Right-of-Use asset recognition, lease liability calculations, amortization schedules, remeasurement, reassessment, depreciation schedules, and interest expense calculations.</p><p>Configure and validate accounting event generation and Oracle Fusion Subledger Accounting for lease accounting transactions.</p><p>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end lease accounting close processes.</p><p>Validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting outputs between Lease Accounting, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable.</p><p>Support statutory reporting, management reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness related to lease accounting.</p><p>Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure alignment with financial controls and compliance requirements.</p>
