A leading UK-based organisation is seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Technical Lead to drive a major Oracle EBS implementation and stabilisation phase. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical strategy, team oversight, and deep system integration work across finance, SCM, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Lead architecture, design, and delivery as the technical authority on Oracle R12 projects

🔸 Manage and mentor teams across integrations, reporting, and custom development

🔸 Define data migration strategies and oversee conversion processes

🔸 Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in Oracle EBS modules

🔸 Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver seamless technical enablement

Key Skills Required

✅ Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing data models

✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on integration experience (SOAP/REST, APIs, platforms)

✅ Proven experience leading technical/development teams

✅ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) understanding and exposure

✅ In-depth knowledge of open interfaces and Oracle modules such as AR, AP, PO, GL, Projects
