<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Location</b></p>LONDON PLANT-W THURROCK<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p>We are a leading company in the manufacturing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) making some of the world’s best loved brands like Fairy, Ariel, Lenor, Oral-B and Pampers.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking <b>Supply Operator </b>to join our London Plant Packing Material Receiving Team located at P&G London Plant, West Thurrock.</p><p></p><p>The Supply Operator role is assigned with the task of ensuring the required materials for production are delivered to the lines in a timely manner ahead of production schedule whilst adhering to safety protocols, raising near misses and quality alerts. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment are essential.</p><p></p><h2><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></h2><ul><li><span>Execute the Supply Operator Role, ensuring that materials are delivered to the production lines in a timely manner to meet the production schedule requirements while adhering to safety and quality standards and adopting ‘Scan as you go’ processes.</span></li><li><span>Operate MHE to move pallets and materials effectively.</span></li><li><span>Understand expectations on foundations (Safety/Quality/Internal Controls) and adhere to them.</span></li><li><span>Promptly raise hazards, near misses, quality alerts, and report standards outages to maintain operational integrity.</span></li><li><span>Identify and document all types of defects in the work area, contributing to a safe and productive environment.</span></li><li><span>Maintain workplace standards and equipment in the Receiving area to ensure optimal operational performance.</span></li><li><span>Complete all required safety, quality, and internal control training with 100% completion.</span></li><li><span>Manage personal breaks, ensuring optimal productivity and demonstrate self leadership</span></li><li><span>Communicate clearly with all department members, foster teamwork and reliability.</span></li></ul><p></p><h2><u>What We Offer You:</u></h2><ul><li><span>Dynamic and respectful work environment – employees are at the core, we value every individual and encourage initiatives, promoting agility and work/left balance: Competitive holiday allowance, overtime and more.</span></li><li><span>Competitive Salary:</span><b> </b><span>a starting rate of £553.91 per week basic pay, plus £175 per week for shift premium. Shifts are 12-hours and you will work on average 40 hours a week across a two-week period.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><h2><u>Qualifications:</u></h2><ul><li><span>Valid FLT license/certification.</span></li><li><span>Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of warehouse operations.</span></li><li><span>Proficient in operating various forklift types.</span></li><li><span>Attention to detail and accuracy.</span></li><li><span>Effective communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>For this role, you will need to provide your own, continuous (i.e. not time limited) right to work in the UK from Day 1 of employment without requiring sponsorship from P&G.</p><p></p><p>P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment.
