Ready to make magic? We're hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

By undertaking a Marketing placement within Disney Destinations International (DDI), you'll work closely with experienced teams to help deliver impactful marketing initiatives and collaborations for Disney's travel brands, audiences across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to experience Disneyland Paris (DLP), Walt Disney World Resort in Florida (WDW), and Disney Cruise Line (DCL) holidays.

We have multiple roles available across different teams across DDI. By applying for this opportunity, you will be considered for one of the below areas. If you have a particular preference, please note this in your cover letter.

Commercial and Marketing Intern

You will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing and Commercial teams for WDW and DCL across EMEA (excluding the UK). Your responsibilities will include coordinating projects, event organisation, managing marketing materials, ensuring brand compliance across all activity, supporting the overall brand positioning and creation of assets to deliver key campaigns. You'll help track budgets, record sales and marketing activities and results, provide administrative support, all while collaborating with key stakeholders globally to resolve queries and deliver projects efficiently.

Creative and CRM Intern

You will support the design, development and implementation of marketing campaigns for DLP, WDW and DCL, collaborating with Creative Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to deliver engaging and timely campaigns. You will gain experience across the full creative process, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders, from assisting with the development of creative concepts through to the approval and delivery of final assets for media placements. You will also support the end-to-end CRM process, helping to produce and execute email campaigns, source and develop content and analyse marketing activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Partnerships Marketing Intern

You'll collaborate with third-party partners across radio, TV, retail, cinema, leisure and beyond, plus various teams across The Walt Disney Company, to support activations driving DLP, WDW, and DCL inspiration via 'paid, earned, and owned media.' As part of this team, you'll help implement strategic, impactful and brand-compliant campaigns with internal and external partners. Many campaigns include opportunities to experience the magic of DLP, WDW, or DCL. You will also coordinate prize winner trip fulfillment, liaising with stakeholders throughout.

Media Intern

You will help shape impactful media campaigns across channels like TV, Digital, Outdoor, Cinema, Radio and Print, supporting DLP, WDW and DCL. You'll collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and media agencies to plan, launch, and analyse promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards and strategic objectives. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and media, offering hands-on experience in campaign development, creative execution, and performance analysis. You'll contribute fresh ideas for media innovation, coordinate with creative and brand teams, and help drive the success of Disney's bought, owned, and earned media through insightful collaboration and continuous learning.

You'll support the day-to-day management of PixieDust HQ, working across events, creative and communications projects. This role offers hands-on experience in project coordination, budget tracking, asset management and stakeholder support, while helping ensure requests and campaigns are delivered efficiently. An excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple disciplines, develop key business skills and build a strong foundation for a career in Trade Events & Marketing.

You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values; acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.
