Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Amazon Sellercentral Admin.

The Amazon Sellercentral

Admin will manage product listings, including creating, updating, and optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and categories within Amazon Sellercentral. The role involves monitoring inventory, pricing, and orders; coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment; and assisting with basic financial tasks such as reconciling fees, refunds, and payouts. The team member will respond to customer messages, address basic support inquiries, and help resolve issues such as returns, order problems, and listing errors. Daily tasks also include generating routine sales and performance reports, maintaining accurate administrative records, and communicating clearly with the leadership team on account status and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear written communication for customer messages and internal coordination.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to review sales data, monitor key account metrics, and identify trends or issues in Amazon performance.
  • Administrative Assistance experience for managing listings, documentation, order tracking, and general Amazon account upkeep.
  • Basic Finance skills to understand Amazon fees, reconcile payouts, and support simple reporting related to revenue and costs.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Sellercentral or similar e-commerce platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and online tools for data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or administrative support roles is an advantage.
