Rate of pay: £13.22 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Employment Type: Part Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 18 hours
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday between the hours of 15:00 -19:30 but can be flexible
Location: E.ON Next, Granite House, Granite Way, Syston, Leicester, Leicestershire, England, LE7 1PL

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, train and develop the cleaning team.
  • Maintain high cleaning, customer service and quality standards.
  • Manage staffing, absence, holidays, uniforms and stock.
  • Ensure schedules, SLAs and Health & Safety/QHSE procedures are followed.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns where required.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager, onsite team and other stakeholders.
    • Be flexible with duties and hours to meet business needs.
