Part Time Temporary Customer Service Representative - London - Afternoon hours available

Monday - Friday 3.00pm - 7.00pm

Salary: £15.00 per hour plus accrual of holiday pay

Contract: 4 months

Location: Office based

DBS: Valid DBS required

Availability: Immediate availability needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day processing of visa applications and renewals.
  • Greet customers, support completion and checking of applications, obtain biometric data and other documentation.
  • Follow an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system.
  • Engage with applicants to provide a positive service and handle customer complaints diplomatically and assertively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
