Part-time Digital Marketer And Creator Patnership Manager

Job Location: Croydon (Onsite - 3 Days Per Week)

Type: Part-Time (24 hours/week)

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience, within a range of £14–£18 per hour)

About Us

We are a specialist hair business based in Croydon, selling premium raw donor hair and wigs. We are currently scaling our brand to become a household name across the UK and beyond. We are looking for a creative, hands-on digital marketer to join our small team and take ownership of our online presence both through our own content and through strategic partnerships with content creators.

The Role

You will be responsible for executing our digital marketing strategy across our existing channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Website) and building a creator partnership programme to expand our reach. This is a highly practical, content-first role. We are not looking for someone to just schedule posts; we need someone who can capture the authenticity of our products on camera and proactively build relationships with influencers who can amplify our brand.

You will work closely with the founder and our hair stylist to turn our day-to-day operations into engaging content that drives sales and builds trust.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Focus)

· Shoot & Edit: Capture high quality photography and short-form video (Reels/TikToks) inside our Croydon store. This includes product showcases, stylist transformations, and "behind the scenes" of the raw donor hair process.

· Content Calendar: Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and seasonal trends.

· Copywriting: Write engaging captions and copy that educates customers on the difference between our mid-range human hair and premium raw donor lines.

Creator & Influencer Partnerships (New Focus)

· Outreach: Proactively identify and contact UK-based and international social media content creators (TikTokers, Instagrammers, YouTubers) who align with our brand values and target audience.

· Campaign Launches: Develop and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish—negotiating terms, sending products, agreeing deliverables, and tracking results.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain a database of creators. Nurture ongoing relationships to turn one-off collaborations into long-term brand ambassadors.

· Briefing & Coordination: Write clear creative briefs that give creators direction while allowing their authentic voice to shine through. Coordinate product gifting and content timelines.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor the reach, engagement, and conversion impact of each creator campaign. Report on ROI and recommend which creators to re-engage.

Paid Advertising & Growth

· Assist in setting up and optimising paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic to the website and footfall to the Croydon store.

· Amplify high-performing creator content through paid ads where appropriate.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track the performance of content, creator campaigns, and ad spend using platform insights and Google Analytics.

· Provide a simple monthly report on what is working, audience growth, creator ROI, and return on ad spend.

Website & SEO Support

· Update the website with new product listings, blog posts, and campaign landing pages as needed.

· Ensure all online content is optimised for search engines (basic on-page SEO).

Requirements

· Experience: Previous experience in a digital marketing role (in-house or freelance) with a strong portfolio of short-form video content. Experience in influencer outreach or creator partnerships is highly desirable.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar video editing tools. Comfortable using Canva and Meta Business Suite.

· Photography/Videography: Must be confident using a smartphone or camera to capture compelling footage in a retail setting.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. You must be comfortable cold-emailing or DMing creators and negotiating collaboration terms professionally.

· Onsite Commitment: Ability to reliably commute to our Croydon location for 3 days per week (24 hours total).

· Attributes: Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment. You must be able to take initiative and manage your own time effectively.

What We Offer

· A hands-on role with significant creative freedom.

· The opportunity to build a creator programme from the ground up and shape our brand's public image.

· The chance to grow with a scaling business and potentially expand your hours as we grow.

· A supportive team environment where your ideas are heard.

To Apply: Please send your CV along with a link to your portfolio or examples of social media content you have created (specifically short-form video). If you have examples of successful influencer campaigns you have managed, please include those too.

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
