C&C Search is currently recruiting a Part-Time Executive Assistant (Remote – 2 to 2.5 Days per Week)
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 FTE (Pro Rata: £14,000–£25,000)
Location: Remote (UK-based)

We are working with a dynamic and values-led organisation seeking a bright, highly organised Executive Assistant to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for a proactive EA (ideally degree-educated or equiv) who is looking for a flexible role with variety, autonomy, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
  • Supporting on internal and external events
  • Providing project and research support to senior leadership
  • Handling ad hoc administrative duties with precision and initiative
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as an EA, Team Assistant, or Project Coordinator
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and high levels of discretion
  • Confident working remotely and managing multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, varied workload and able to adapt with ease
Details:
  • 2 to 2.5 days per week
  • Fully remote, with occasional team meetings
  • Pro rata salary between £14,000–£25,000 (FTE £35,000–£50,000)
