Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Part-Time Editor to oversee content and editorial operations across both our brands. This is an exciting opportunity for an editor seeking to build their skill set as well as experience within electrical and data centre industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Regularly update both websites with timely, relevant news, features, and industry developments.
  • Original Writing: Research and write a minimum of one independent, high-quality article per week.
  • Content Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with key industry brands, PR agencies, and content providers to secure exclusive editorial contributions.
  • Virtual Events: Host and moderate virtual roundtables, panel discussions, and webinars featuring industry leaders.
  • Editorial Planning: Contribute to content planning and strategy to ensure balanced coverage across both platforms.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay informed on industry trends, key players, and emerging technologies to ensure editorial relevance
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven editorial/journalism experience, ideally within B2B, technology, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with experience moderating live or recorded events.
  • Able to manage time and responsibilities across two growing brands.
  • Comfortable developing relationships and engaging with industry professionals.
  • Knowledge or interest in the data centre sectors is highly desirable.
