Salary: £26,000 per year This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly dynamic business with a fresh approach to customer service. The business is currently looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its Online Customer Service team providing a range of live chat services. This expanding company works on behalf of a number of well known brands and organisations. As a Part Time Live Chat Agent you will provide excellent and immediate customer service solutions to customers, which may also result in the opportunity to promote new or alternative products and services on behalf of the client. This is truly a genuine opportunity to join and progress with a company at a very exciting time in its development. Whilst this is predominantly an office based role, for the right individual there may well also be the opportunity to be home based for part of the working week. However you wish to work, you will be part of a highly supportive and professional team. The Part Time Live Chat Agent will: * Respond professionally to a range of live chat queries across multiple client accounts * Ensure communication is accurate and customer queries are resolved promptly and to each individual client's specifications * Generate leads for client businesses through positive customer services and developing wider interactions with customers * Generate reports as required by the business The successful Part Time Live Chat Agent will have: * Live chat experience would be beneficial but not essential * Be customer focused, positive and have a professional attitude * Fast accurate typing with an ability to multi task * Be IT literate with good written communication skills The company are able to offer some flexibility around working hours depending on your situation. Applications will be considered from candidates looking to work 20 hours or more per year. In return you will receive a salary of between £26,000pro rata (depending on experience) and an opportunity to develop and progress in an exciting and vibrant organisation.
