Part-time Senior Office Administrator
Location: Central London (Fully on site) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE (pro rata for 4 days per week) Contract: Fixed Term to December 2026 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexibility needed) The Role We are recruiting for a Business & Office Support Associate to join a professional international consultancy. This is a varied role combining office administration, facilities coordination, event support, and general business assistance. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the office while creating a welcoming and professional environment for colleagues and visitors. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for office operations and facilities. Liaise with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and building management. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, compliance activities, and supplies. Welcome visitors and support meeting room management. Manage post, deliveries, and visitor arrangements. Organise meeting logistics, catering, and internal events. Support regular staff meetings, social events, and business initiatives. Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and expenses. Assist with onboarding and workstation setup for new starters. Support Health & Safety compliance and workplace procedures. Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc business projects.1 About You You'll be an organised, proactive, and adaptable individual who enjoys a varied workload and can work independently. Essential Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, facilities, or business support. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously. Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach. Right to work in the UK. Availability to work onsite Monday to Thursday fully on site. Desirable Experience supporting meetings and events. Facilities or office management experience. Experience supporting office relocation projects. Health & Safety, First Aid, or Fire Safety knowledge.
