Part-Time Social Media Manager

Aviserv is seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to support the promotion of our new fitness studio, launched by a legacy brand, in Primrose Hill in April 2025 . This role will be integral in ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across our social media platforms, working closely with our Head of Marketing , who will oversee overall marketing and social media content. Key Objectives: Build brand awareness and community engagement in the lead-up to and following the launch of the fitness studio. Drive interest and footfall to the space through compelling social media campaigns and targeted content. Grow and engage our audience on Instagram , with the potential launch of a TikTok account. Strategically support, alongside the Head of Marketing, the development and management of social media ads to boost reach and conversions. Ensure all social media content reflects the brand’s values and tone of voice . Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Scheduling: Develop engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram that highlight the studio’s classes, events, and community. Plan content to align with brand values and pre-launch/launch goals . Repurpose content for consistency and maximum reach . Community Management: Proactively engage with followers on Instagram, responding to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner . Leverage Instagram features like polls, Q&A, and Stories Highlights to encourage interaction and create an engaging presence. Monitor relevant hashtags and engage with local businesses, influencers, and communities to increase visibility. Social Media Ads: Work with Marketing to execute paid ad campaigns on Instagram . Manage the setup and monitoring of ads , focusing on key objectives like sign-ups, event attendance, and building awareness . Collaboration with Trainers: Work closely with scheduled trainers and guest instructors to ensure effective collaboration on the promotion of classes, workshops, and events . Encourage trainers to share and advertise their sessions across their personal social media channels , ensuring alignment with the studio’s branding . Campaign Execution: Support pre-launch and launch campaigns , showcasing events, guest trainers, and promotions. Use Instagram analytics to identify high-performing content and inform future campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) on Instagram. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for content improvement and ad performance . Monitor competitor activity on social media to identify trends and opportunities. Ideal Candidate: Experience managing Instagram for lifestyle, fitness, or hospitality brands. Knowledge of Instagram features like Reels, Highlights, and Insights. Expertise in executing paid social media campaigns . Strong skills in Canva and video editing for social platforms. Ability to analyze social media data and optimize strategies based on performance.
