Part-Time Warehouse & E-commerce Fulfilment Assistant

About the Role

We’re hiring a reliable and detail-focused Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to help us manage daily order fulfilment and returns at our busy e-commerce warehouse. Whether you're picking and packing orders, handling returns, or checking in deliveries, you'll be a key part of keeping things moving smoothly.

Steady part-time daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around working patterns.

Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfilment

  • Print online orders from systems like Shopify, eBay, and Amazon
  • Pick and pack products accurately and securely
  • Label parcels and prepare for courier collections (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail)
  • Mark orders as dispatched and update tracking

Returns & Stock

  • Open and inspect returned items
  • Process returns/refunds via our system
  • Help with stock checks and stock organisation
  • Report any stock issues to the office team

General Warehouse Duties

  • Unload and check incoming stock deliveries
  • Replenish shelves and update stock locations
  • Keep your work area clean and tidy
  • Assist with product bundling, packing kits, or gift sets when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience is helpful, but not required
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (we’ll train you)
  • Strong attention to detail and good timekeeping
  • Physically able to lift boxes (up to 20kg)
  • Friendly, reliable, and happy to work independently or with a team
