Overview

Partnership Development Specialist, EMEA (contract) — Airbnb.org partnership role, contract position sourced through Magnit Global.

This temporary assignment will be working at Airbnb, and may involve working at an Airbnb site. You will be contracted through Magnit Global, a UK registered employment business (company registration number 05537535).

Airbnb.org focuses on emergency housing programs and partnerships with nonprofits to scale impact. The role is externally facing and hands-on, focusing on sourcing, pitching, and closing partnership opportunities that enable program growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, research, and build a pipeline of nonprofit partners across priority regions; develop and deliver compelling pitches that align partner goals with Airbnb.org’s mission and programs.
  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Guide partners through onboarding from initial conversations to contract signing; coordinate with the Operations team to ensure partners have clear expectations and resources.
  • Collaboration & Insights: Share feedback from the field to strengthen outreach strategies and onboarding materials; coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner sourcing aligns with program needs.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, nonprofit program development, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and French; Italian and German a plus.
  • Proven success in sourcing and securing partnerships or business relationships.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to inspire action.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience in disaster response, humanitarian aid, housing access, or community development is a plus; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation

Pay Rate: 27-55 GBP per hour (range; pay parity rate may vary based on calculator).
