We’re looking for an exceptional operator who combines elite Meta buying expertise with sharp commercial judgement, genuine creative-strategy ability and an advanced approach to using AI across marketing.</span></p><p><span>Working closely with the founders, you’ll own decisions across media buying, budget allocation, performance analysis, creative direction, offers and landing pages. Your goal will be to maximise profitable new-customer growth and total contribution profit, not simply platform ROAS.</span><br></p><p><span><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></span></p><p><span>Meta, growth and commercial performance</span></p><p><span>• Manage and scale substantial Meta budgets across multiple countries and product categories.</span></p><p><span>• Allocate spend using contribution profit, demand, stock availability, margin and growth potential.</span></p><p><span>• Forecast performance at different spend levels and protect the business from inefficient scaling or misleading attribution.</span></p><p><span>• Analyse product, market, customer and offer performance, turning complex data into clear commercial action.</span></p><p><span>• Identify the true causes of performance changes, from creative fatigue and product-market fit to stock, pricing, returns, website conversion and budget allocation.</span></p><p><span>Creative strategy</span></p><p><span>• Build weekly and monthly creative strategies informed by performance data, customer psychology and market insight.</span></p><p><span>• Identify winning hooks, concepts, angles, formats and messages, then translate them into clear creative briefs.</span></p><p><span>• Develop a balanced pipeline across UGC, founder-led content, product demonstrations, testimonials, statics and brand-led creative.</span></p><p><span>• Review scripts, storyboards and edits, understanding why creative works and turning successful ideas into scalable territories.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>AI, offers and conversion</strong></span></p><p><span>• Use AI to analyse advertising, product and customer data; identify patterns and growth opportunities; and automate recurring reporting.</span></p><p><span>• Apply AI to creative concepts, customer research, briefs, landing-page structures, forecasting and internal workflows, while maintaining strong human judgement and quality control.</span></p><p><span>• Develop commercially viable offers, bundles and promotions, modelling the impact on AOV, margin, conversion and contribution profit.</span></p><p><span>• Create landing-page concepts and testing plans that improve continuity between the ad, proposition, offer and customer journey.</span><br></p><p><span><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></span></p><p><span>You’ll be measured on the commercial outcomes that matter most, including:</span></p><p><span>• Total contribution profit and profitable new-customer revenue</span></p><p><span>• New-customer acquisition cost, blended MER and product/market profitability</span></p><p><span>• Creative winner rate and profitable spend capacity</span></p><p><span>• Landing-page conversion improvements and forecast accuracy</span></p><p><span>• Speed and quality of performance diagnosis and budget decisions</span></p><p><span>• Increased marketing productivity through AI</span><br></p><p><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p><p><span>• Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta advertising for an e-commerce brand.</span></p><p><span>• Experience personally managing at least £300,000 per month, ideally £500,000+.</span></p><p><span>• A proven track record of scaling revenue while maintaining profitability.</span></p><p><span>• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and a strong understanding of contribution profit and e-commerce unit economics.</span></p><p><span>• Experience analysing performance across products, markets and customer segments.</span></p><p><span>• Strong creative-strategy and creative-briefing experience, with the ability to connect customer insight to winning advertising concepts.</span></p><p><span>• Experience developing offers, landing pages or conversion strategies.</span></p><p><span>• Practical experience using AI to improve marketing output, workflows and decision-making.</span></p><p><span>• Experience with Shopify and attribution or analytics platforms.</span></p><p><span>Fashion, apparel or footwear experience is strongly preferred. Experience within a fast-scaling, international DTC brand would also be highly valuable.</span><br></p><p><span><strong>The Person</strong></span></p><p><span>You’ll be highly analytical and naturally creative, commercially minded and focused on profit over vanity metrics. You’ll be proactive, decisive and detail-oriented, able to move quickly without losing accuracy.
