Performance Marketing Manager

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States

ABOUT THE TEAM

At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. Growth Marketing sits inside Product and owns how people discover Mural and decide to start. Paid is a core acquisition engine for the business, working across both our self-serve and sales-assisted motions. You will own it end to end and work closely with partners across Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn demand into teams that rely on Mural.

YOUR MISSION

You will own Mural's paid marketing end to end: the channels, the budget, and the results. Paid plays a role across the full funnel and supports the different ways Mural grows, from building early awareness to reaching people when they are ready to act. You will bring these efforts together into one connected program, lean on experimentation and measurement to learn what works, and help turn marketing investment into durable growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own strategy, budget, execution, and reporting for paid across search, paid social, and video and display, running it as one connected program across the full funnel.

  • You will own Mural’s paid marketing end to end, with a focus on generating efficient growth across self-serve acquisition and sales-assisted demand. Success will be measured by the quality and volume of activated users, qualified pipeline, and revenue generated from paid investment.

  • Build and run a continuous experimentation program across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers.

  • Lead agency and vendor partners to execute and scale the program.

  • Partner with our Data team on attribution and measurement to connect paid spend to real outcomes.

  • Partner across Marketing and Web on messaging and the post-click experience.

  • Set performance targets and expand the program into new regions and languages, including EMEA and APAC.

  • Support account-based and demand generation programs in close partnership with the Sales and RevOps teams.

  • Use AI in your daily workflow to move faster across keyword, creative, analysis, and reporting work, with a point of view on where AI is changing paid marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital and performance marketing, owning paid search, paid social, and video or display with real budget responsibility.

  • A full funnel operator comfortable across both self-serve growth and sales-assisted demand. You have owned awareness and demand creation, not only bottom funnel capture, and can show how top of funnel and account-based work pay off downstream.

  • You design and read clean tests across audiences, creative, and landing pages, and you know what to do with an inconclusive result.

  • Comfort living in the performance data, with hands-on fluency in SQL, product analytics, and BI tools.

  • A real point of view on measurement. You know where last-click falls short and have used holdouts, incrementally, or media mix testing to judge channels that do not attribute cleanly.

  • Experience running paid inside a self-serve or freemium model, with a feel for how acquisition connects to activation and retention.

  • A self-starter who is motivated and scrappy, thinks through problems, and brings innovative solutions in a high-growth environment.
