Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)

London (Hybrid) — UK-based applicants only (no sponsorship)

£45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

The Role

This is not a “manage the agency” role.

You will be in the platforms every day , directly responsible for performance.

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of paid acquisition across a premium private dental group.

Your focus will be simple:

  • Generate high-quality patient enquiries
  • Improve cost per lead and conversion rates
  • Ensure spend translates into real booked patients , not just leads

The Environment

You will be working in a highly competitive private healthcare market where:

  • Cost per click is high
  • Competition is intense
  • Performance matters daily

This is very different from lower-pressure B2B or low-budget campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing campaigns directly within Google Ads (Search-led) and Meta
  • Structuring and optimising high-intent Search campaigns
  • Continuously refining keywords, bidding, targeting and ad copy
  • Improving lead quality , not just volume
  • Identifying inefficiencies and reducing wasted spend
  • Working closely with landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion
  • Analysing data and making clear, commercially driven decisions
  • Managing campaigns across multiple clinics with different positioning

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search-led) and Meta
  • Experience in lead generation (not eCommerce)
  • Experience managing meaningful budgets (£20K+/month)
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPL and lead quality
  • Ability to clearly explain what you did and the impact it had
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confidence communicating performance to stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in high-CPC, competitive markets
  • Healthcare, dental or similar lead gen experience

This Role Is NOT Suitable For

  • Generalist marketers
  • Brand, content or social media-focused roles
  • Candidates without hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Candidates who have only managed agencies rather than run campaigns directly
  • eCommerce-only backgrounds

About the Business

We are a London-based dental group combining:

  • A premium private clinic (Dental by Design )
  • A specialist dental laboratory (Vivo Dental Lab )
  • A growing network of partner clinics across the UK
  • Inserta , our implant manufacturing business

This creates a fully integrated model across clinical, laboratory and manufacturing capabilities.

How to Apply

Please include a brief summary of:

  • Campaigns you have personally managed
  • Monthly budget levels
  • Platforms used
  • Specific results achieved (e.g. CPA/CPL improvements, conversion rate increases, scaling performance)

Applications without this information may not be considered.

Salary: GBP 40000 - 50000 per year
