The role

You'll be at the heart of our commercial team, working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Director and the sales team.

It's a varied role. One day you're organising diaries and meetings, the next you're rebooking a flight at short notice.

You'll get to know how each director likes to work, spot what's needed and take ownership of keeping things moving.

We're a friendly, supportive team who enjoy what we do and look out for each other. You'll report to our People Director.

What you'll do

You'll:

• Manage diaries and book internal and external meetings

• Plan UK and long-haul travel and hotels, often on quick turnarounds

• Manage inboxes and flag what needs a reply

• Prepare agendas and presentations, minute meetings and chase actions

• Run the sales phone line, fielding and redirecting calls

• Help plan strategy days, events and our December conference

What you'll bring

Essential:

• Proven experience in an admin, PA, reception or office support role

• Experience managing diaries and booking travel for other people

• Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Clear, accurate written English

Useful, not essential:

• Experience supporting more than one senior manager

• Experience helping to run events or conferences

Working arrangements

Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro rata for part-time)

Location: London | Hybrid, minimum two days a week in the office in Elephant and Castle

Contract: Permanent | Full-time preferred, open to four days or shorter days for part time (such as 9am–3pm)

Events: Extra office days around events, including our December conference

Start date: Ideally mid-November 2026
