Package

£27,200 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday), 2 days off for charity work, group life assurance and healthcare cash plan.

Location

We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

Full Time

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, with one late shift per week 9.30am - 6.00pm

Start Date

June 30th 2026, must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us as a Pet Claims Handler
  • Processing new and continuing claims
  • Checking invoices and medical records
  • Providing front line assistance for customers in all key claims-related activity and across a range of communication channels
  • Working at pace to ensure we’re responding to customers within a reasonable time frame
Our wishlist of your previous experience as a Pet Claims Handler
  • Experience working within a veterinary practice
  • Strong customer service experience
  • The ability to work to targets, deadlines and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
