Pet Insurance Renewals Agent

Package: £25,700 salary pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and heath care cash plan.

Location: We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.

Start Date: September 14th, you must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.

What you’ll get up to as a Pet Insurance Renewals Agent Taking back to back inbound calls, selling insurance products, support the online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner. Promote a positive image of Pinnacle Pet Group & its client companies whilst actively growing PPG & partners business.

Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Pinnacle Pet Group client customers.

What we look for in you as a Pet Insurance Renewals Agent

  • Previous experience working within a call centre role is essential
  • Experience working within a sales or retentions environment is beneficial
  • As you’ll be working to targets, experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
  • Our customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you`ll be passionate about delivering top customer service
  • Attention to detail is important as you’ll need to get to know our different policies inside out
  • Within this busy role you’ll need to be resilient and organised with the ability to work at pace
