**A-Level Physics & Mathematics Teacher (Remote | Homeschooling) — approx. £12,000 p.a. (10 hrs/week)

START DATE SEPT 2026**

We\'re recruiting a fully qualified teacher (QTS) to deliver high-quality A-Level Physics and/or Mathematics tuition to one student as part of a structured homeschooling programme.

This is a long-term, remote, weekday daytime teaching role, ideal for experienced A-Level specialists who want to focus on A-Level delivery outside a traditional school setting.

You\'ll provide one-to-one teaching, tailoring lessons to the student\'s needs and keeping delivery tightly aligned with the relevant exam board. The programme runs over two years and offers a consistent timetable during weekday daytime hours, with optional evening sessions available for teachers who want additional hours.

You\'ll be working within a well-supported homeschooling environment designed to keep admin light so you can prioritise excellent teaching.

We welcome applications from either one dual-qualified teacher who can teach both A-Level Physics and A-Level Mathematics, or two subject specialists (one Physics teacher and one Mathematics teacher). For a dual-qualified teacher, the role offers 10 daytime hours per week with an approximate annual pay of £12,000, plus the opportunity to take on an additional 10 evening hours per week if desired. For a single-subject specialist, the role offers 5 daytime hours per week, with the option of an additional 5 evening hours per week.

Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have proven experience teaching A-Level Physics and/or Mathematics, and be confident delivering lessons online. Strong subject knowledge, exam-board familiarity, availability during weekday daytime hours, and a commitment to the full two-year duration are essential.

We offer a stable long-term position with guaranteed hours, paid holiday leave, training and professional development, and minimal administrative burden, giving you the space to focus on high-impact teaching with one learner.
