<p>๐Ÿš€ <strong>Weโ€™re Hiring: Platform / Container Engineer (L2, DevOps)</strong></p><p>๐Ÿ“ <strong>Location:</strong> UAE โ€“ Onsite</p><p>๐Ÿ’ผ <strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time</p><p>๐Ÿ“Š <strong>Level:</strong> L2</p><p>๐Ÿ‘ค <strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years in Kubernetes / Container Platform / DevOps</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Platform / Container Engineer (L2, DevOps)</strong> to operate and govern Kubernetes and containerized platforms within an SLA-driven managed-services environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Operate and govern <strong>Kubernetes clusters (AKS / on-prem)</strong> including cluster lifecycle, node management, scaling, and resource quotas.</li><li>Manage containers and registries using <strong>Docker / containerd</strong>, including image governance, tagging standards, and vulnerability scanning.</li><li>Build and maintain delivery pipelines using <strong>Helm, GitOps, and CI/CD</strong> tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.</li><li>Implement and manage observability using <strong>Prometheus and Grafana</strong>, including alerts, dashboards, and SLIs/SLOs.</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot cluster networking and storage, including ingress controllers, load balancers, and persistent volumes.</li><li>Enforce platform security through <strong>RBAC, secrets management, network policies, and secure supply-chain practices</strong>.</li><li>Automate operational activities using <strong>Linux, Bash, and Python</strong>.</li><li>Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through <strong>ITIL processes</strong> and support root-cause analysis.</li><li>Support application onboarding, capacity planning, patching, and platform upgrades.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Kubernetes โ€“ AKS / on-prem</li><li>Docker / containerd</li><li>Helm, GitOps & CI/CD</li><li>Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitLab CI</li><li>Prometheus & Grafana</li><li>Ingress controllers, load balancers & persistent volumes</li><li>RBAC & secrets management</li><li>Linux, Bash & Python</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li><strong>4+ years of hands-on experience</strong> operating Kubernetes / container platforms in a DevOps capacity.</li><li>Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.</li><li>Proven experience with CI/CD, GitOps, container security, and image governance.</li><li>Experience working within an <strong>SLA-driven, ITIL-aligned managed-services environment</strong>.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, storage, and workloads.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Must currently be based in the UAE or be willing to relocate and able to work onsite.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Mandatory Certification</p><p>โœ… <strong>CKA โ€“ Certified Kubernetes Administrator</strong></p><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>Microsoft AZ-400</li><li>Docker DCA</li><li>CKAD / CKS</li><li>ITIL v4 Foundation</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you have strong hands-on experience with <strong>Kubernetes, container platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and GitOps</strong>, weโ€™d love to hear from you.</p>
