PMO Professional
ob Description: Senior PMO Analyst - Global T&E Transformation
- Role Title: Senior PMO Analyst - Global T&E Transformation
- Location: Fully Remote
- Start Date: ASAP
About the Programme & Role
A leading global FMCG business is currently undergoing a major global transformation to standardize how every market books travel and manages expenses. Currently, individual markets operate independently with highly fragmented legacy processes. This initiative will design, build, and roll out standardized global systems and processes worldwide.
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will sit at the absolute center of this global programme. This is not a passive coordination role; you will take hands-on ownership of project tracking, change-impact mapping, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Senior Change Manager and Senior Communications Manager, you will lift critical execution tasks off their shoulders and must have the professional gravitas to deputize for them in high-level steering committees and leadership forums.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Personally drive and own project tracking frameworks, including project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision registers, and status reporting.
- Change & Stakeholder Management: Execute change-impact assessments/mapping, stakeholder identification/mapping, and drive localized engagement plans.
- Leadership & Deputization: Represent the change and communication workstreams in senior leadership meetings, confidently stepping in to present, chair, or push back when necessary.
- Governance & Structure: Establish robust PMO governance, reporting structures, and controls from scratch where none currently exist.
- Process Mapping: Analyze and map current-state versus future-state processes across diverse, fragmented market entities.
Required Experience & Skills
- High Ownership & Autonomy: A proven track record of personally establishing and owning PMO deliverables (plans, RAID, status reports), rather than merely administering or supporting someone else's framework.
- Stakeholder Gravitas: Proven experience presenting to steering committees, chairing high-level meetings, and challenging senior leadership on scope or timelines.
- Change & Systems Delivery: Solid experience working on complex business transformations involving change-impact mapping and stakeholder management, rather than purely financial or regulatory PMO.
- Global/Multi-Market Scale: Experience delivering systems or process transformations across multiple countries, business units, or fragmented markets.
- Seniority: Typically 7+ years of experience operating at a Senior PMO Analyst or PMO Lead level.
- Ambiguity Tolerance: A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision.
Desirable (Bonus) Qualifications
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with T&E, travel, or expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Egencia, Navan, Amex GBT).
- ERP Platforms: Familiarity with SAP (specifically adjacent to Concur), Dynamics 365, Oracle, or Workday.
- Industry Background: Prior experience within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
- Methodologies & Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Prosci/ADKAR, PRINCE2, P3O, or PMP.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in PMO tools like Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Power BI, or Monday.com.
- Languages: Fluency in a second European language is highly advantageous.
