The Opportunity

Our producers work with a small, selective group of high-profile podcasts to grow their shows across YouTube, Spotify, and social.

We work with:

  • Ramit Sethi - Money for Couples (leading personal finance creator)
  • Multiple leading brand and creator podcasts we can’t talk about 😉

You’ll be shaping shows that are seen by hundreds of thousands - and often millions - of people.

In a Typical Week, You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of 1 podcast episode
  • Generate strong episode ideas, hooks, and briefs
  • Shape episode structure, pacing, and narrative
  • Brief editors clearly on edits, trailers, and clips
  • Review edits and give decisive, high-quality feedback
  • Contribute titles, thumbnail direction, and packaging ideas
  • Track performance and suggest improvements week-on-week
  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients on your shows, communicating clearly, confidently, and proactively

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is genuinely podcast and content obsessed
  • Has strong editorial taste and instinct
  • Understands what drives performance on YouTube, Spotify, and social
  • Is data-literate and comfortable reviewing analytics
  • Is highly organised and strong at prioritisation
  • Can manage 1-2 clients without dropping standards
  • Defaults to believing problems are solvable
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and decisive
  • Is a clear and confident communicator
  • Is comfortable managing client relationships and expectations

You should care deeply about storytelling, hooks, audience retention, and growth - and want to make a show better every single week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary band: $30,000-$50,000 (depending on experience and impact)
  • 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
