Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead revenue strategy for a portfolio of IHG hotels, running regular revenue generation calls with hotel teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to shape revenue and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with IHG Revenue Services Team and wider Revenue Management Community, to share best practices and drive performance improvements.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Role model IHG’s core behaviours: Move Fast, Think Return, Talk Straight, Build One Team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in revenue management with expertise across multiple disciplines, systems, and processes - ideally within the hotel industry or a similar commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, including pricing strategy, yield optimization, and selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills, with the ability to align strategies to IHG’s broader goals.
  • A proactive, driven, and accountable approach, taking ownership to deliver results with confidence.
