Pre-Sales Executive

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Asia, South Asia, APAC, Pakistan

We're looking for a driven, technically curious Pre-Sales Executive to join our Sales team. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales — translating complex AI capabilities into clear business value for prospects, running demos that win deals, and helping our sales team sell smarter.

VIDIZMO is an AI software company, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Our products include Redactor, DEMS, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight and EnterpriseTube, which help organizations store, search, analyze, redact and share video, audio, images, documents and text. Over 100 organizations deploy VIDIZMO across public safety, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing and energy. VIDIZMO is an NVIDIA Inception partner, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.

What You'll Do

  • Run product demos on time and log every demo on the deal in HubSpot.
  • Answer technical questions from customers and partners within one working day.
  • Complete security and compliance questionnaires.
  • Set up trial portals and paid pilots, including pilots for our new AI products.
  • Write the technical sections of bids and proposals, including those submitted through Ariba.
  • Build partner integrations with the presales team, in the priority set by business leadership.
  • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research, questionnaire drafting and proposal writing.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management.
  • Hands-on experience with video, AI or cloud software.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for conversations with US customers.
  • Confidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity, SSO and security questionnaires.
  • Experience automating your own routine work with Claude and AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional space for customer calls.
  • Legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

What Sets You Apart

You explain complex technology simply, answer technical questions quickly and accurately, and keep pilots moving without being chased. You use AI to research and draft faster, and you take ownership with minimal supervision.

Start date: As soon as possible. Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days will be prioritized.

How You're Paid

You are paid a monthly salary and commission. Commission comes from 7.5% of what VIDIZMO receives on each deal, shared by everyone who worked on it. On a partner deal the partner keeps its margin first. Commission is paid the month after the customer pays, and there is no cap. Small payments come early for steps done properly, before a deal closes.

  • Pay mix at target: 80% salary and 20% commission.
  • Your share of each deal: 10% of the commission on every team deal, and 15% on RFP deals.

Benefits

Health insurance (OPD/IPD), maternity coverage, leave encashment, referral bonus, EOBI, yearly increments, provident fund, bonus and career growth opportunities. Benefits vary by location.
