Presales Consultant - ERP/Financial SaaS

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in presales activity within the public sector ERP sector
  • Significant experience working with ERP solutions such as Netsuite, SAP, Unit4, Civica Financials, or IBS
  • Deep understanding of core finance business operations
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical software features into clear business outcomes and ROI
  • Strong technical curiosity and commitment to continuous learning around evolving SaaS architectures, cloud platforms, and platform roadmaps
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal sales teams and post-sale implementation consultants to ensure smooth handoffs
Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to uncover business pain points
  • Design system workflows and solution architectures aligned to the prospects industry and processes, including finance, manufacturing, or supply chain
  • Build and present custom proof of concepts to C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Answer technical and functional questions for RFIs and RFPs
  • Work with clients and prospects to understand business challenges and demonstrate the value of our ERP solution and related services
  • Collaborate with internal sales reps and implementation consultants to support the full presales process
