Private Personal Assistant – SW London

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Private PA to support a busy HNW family. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring exceptional organisation, sound judgement and a calm, hands-on and flexible approach.


Working closely with the Principals, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the household, manage staff and suppliers, coordinate complex worldwide travel, and ensure busy personal diaries run smoothly. You will also assist with family events, household projects and a wide range of ad hoc requests, acting as a trusted right-hand and ensuring everything operates efficiently behind the scenes.

This position would suit an experienced Private PA who is highly organised, naturally proactive and happy to take ownership. You will be a confident communicator, an effective people manager and someone who enjoys finding practical solutions while maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the smooth day-to-day operation of a private household
• Overseeing household staff, contractors and suppliers
• Coordinating complex UK and international travel arrangements
• Managing busy personal diaries and appointments
• Overseeing household budgets, expenses and records
• Coordinating maintenance, projects and family events
• Handling confidential correspondence and personal administration
• Providing flexible, hands-on support across a broad range of private matters

The successful candidate will have:
• At least 5 years' experience as a Private PA supporting a UHNW individual or family
• Previous experience managing household staff and residences
• Excellent diary, travel and logistical coordination skills
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
• Outstanding discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence
