Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our remote operations team as a Process Monitoring Assistant. In this entry-level role, you will help us observe and document digital workflows, ensuring consistency and accuracy across various internal tools.

No technical background is required - just a willingness to follow structured tasks and communicate clearly with our team. Full onboarding and training materials will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring step-by-step digital processes

Recording task progress and completion logs

Reporting anomalies, inconsistencies, or blockers

Following established checklists and routines

Providing regular status updates to project leads
