We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Credit Cards Product Development and Partnerships team, where you’ll help design innovative products, launch co-branded partnerships and improve experiences for millions of customers. This is a unique opportunity to combine data, product thinking and commercial insight in a role that directly influences customer outcomes and business growth.</p> <p>Operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from concept through to launch—helping to bring new propositions to life. You’ll play a key role in understanding customer behaviour, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring that our products deliver the right balance of value for customers and strong commercial performance.</p> <p>Working closely with colleagues across product, commercial, credit risk and customer insight teams, you’ll be at the centre of collaboration and innovation. It’s a role with real visibility, where your insights will directly shape decision-making and support our ambition to evolve and grow our credit cards business.</p> </div> </div> <h2><b>Essential requirements</b></h2> <ul> <li>Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience interpreting complex datasets</li> <li>2+ years hands-on experience with SQL and/or SAS in a commercial environment</li> <li>Experience using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)</li> <li>Proven ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders</li> <li>Experience influencing decisions and building consensus through strong communication skills</li> </ul> <h2><b>Desirable skills/experience</b></h2> <ul> <li>Experience working with credit cards, consumer lending or financial services products</li> <li>Exposure to partnerships, co-branded or affinity propositions</li> <li>Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or working within data-led product teams</li> </ul> <p>We know that great talent comes from many backgrounds.
