Collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide, you'll oversee delivery governance, optimise performance, and champion continuous improvement - fostering a culture of curiosity and learning. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team, advancing global capabilities and positioning JLR as a leader in luxury AI-driven customer engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic, outcome-focused professional with proven experience in digital product ownership or transformation within conversational platforms and AI-enabled CX. For now it’s a minimum 2 days a week in the office. Wednesday and another of their choosing.
