Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities

  • Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production line
  • Assist with assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools to meet quality specifications
  • Conduct routine inspections of products during manufacturing to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Support warehouse activities such as stock handling, packaging, and loading finished goods
  • Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets
  • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution

Requirements

  • Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Previous warehouse or factory experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
