Together, we work collaboratively across Children's Social Care to nurture talent, build confidence, promote excellent social work practice and create opportunities for practitioners at every stage of their career.  About the Role This is a rewarding workforce development role for an experienced children's social worker who is passionate about supporting others to learn, grow and succeed. As a Professional Educator, you will play a significant role in shaping the development of our workforce by: Training, coaching and supporting social workers and leaders across Children's Social Care.Providing supervision and support to Early Career Practitioners and Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSWs) throughout their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).Leading and developing our Early Career Framework to ensure a high-quality learning experience.Supporting student social workers and promoting excellent practice placements.Identifying learning needs and practice development opportunities through quality assurance activity and feedback from practitioners.Translating research, legislation and guidance into meaningful learning that strengthens practice.Working alongside leaders and practitioners to drive continuous improvement and embed best practice across the service.Designing and delivering engaging learning opportunities, workshops and reflective spaces that encourage curiosity, confidence and professional growth. This role combines social work expertise, teaching, coaching, leadership, quality assurance and programme management.
