Critically examine both physical and virtual experiences of our new hires and marshal support and resources for solutions to improve them. Review NEX operations with other functions at Apple. Analyze KPI performance, surface issues, identify solutions and ensure these are properly communicated to stakeholders for resolution. Manage content on Apple's onboarding websites, tools and email communications relevant to your region. Ensure these materials are meeting the intended goals and KPIs. Conduct regular audits to make sure they are up-to-date. Project manage critical deliverables that are based on the NEX team's strategic priorities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field 7+ years of relevant
experience Proven program and project management expertise delivering enterprise initiatives in fast-paced environments, with an attention to detail. Understanding of how "big picture" elements will work at a local level, ability to drive change locally and connect the dots across multiple elements. Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated problems, structure ambiguity, and drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working with systems, data and partnering with analytics teams to inform decisions and measure success. Excellent written communication skills with a track record of crafting scalable documentation, keynote presentations, playbooks, and stakeholder updates. Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of specific event planning, logistics and/or event management for large multi-national companies. Apple is an equal
