Programme Director, Zaidi
Job Description:
- Act as Ikigai’s senior point of contact for the client account and own executive-level relationships
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across business, product and technology
- Provide visibility on account health, progress, risks and delivery outlook
- Set expectations, manage difficult conversations and protect delivery outcomes
- Own commercial performance, including pricing, margin, utilisation and investment decisions
- Own and track KPIs, OKRs and contractual commitments
- Make Master Services Agreement-level decisions
- Support client growth through pre-sales and shaping new opportunities
- Provide senior oversight across delivery teams
- Identify, escalate and resolve delivery risks
- Ensure delivery plans are realistic, well-governed and actively managed
- Champion Ikigai’s delivery standards and cultural principles
- Model Ikigai’s leadership behaviours, values and ways of working
- Help shape and develop the Client Success and Engagement function
- Contribute to senior CSL capability and the client-facing leadership community
- Apply knowledge of pricing, margin, utilisation and delivery trade-offs to drive sustainable growth and long-term client partnerships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior client leadership, account management or client success roles within a technology or consultancy environment
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pricing, margin and delivery trade-offs
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience operating in complex, multi-team delivery environments
- Comfortable owning outcomes, making decisions and holding teams to account
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is beneficial
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first organisation, with some travel as required
