In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for our delivery tooling, supporting colleagues across DT&D to use our platforms effectively, consistently and confidently. • Act as the subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to colleagues across DT&D
  • Act as a trusted adviser to project, programme and delivery teams, helping them identify the most effective ways to use delivery tooling to achieve their objectives
  • Create and maintain training materials, guidance and onboarding resources that help colleagues get the best from our tooling
  • Work with different user groups to identify opportunities to improve adoption, consistency and user experience
  • Help measure and demonstrate the value delivered through tooling improvements, automation and process optimisation, using data and insights to support continuous improvement
  • Help maintain high-quality data that supports effective reporting, forecasting and decision-making
  • Analyse feedback, usage trends and business needs to identify improvement opportunities and inform future development
  • Support the ongoing convergence of project and product tooling across the organisation

Experience supporting, administering or improving project delivery, portfolio management or similar tooling platforms (such as Planview/KeyedIn, Sciforma, MS Project, or similar)
  • A good understanding of project, programme or portfolio delivery environments, including Agile and product-led ways of working
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of the organisation
  • Experience working with data, reporting or management information to support decision-making
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into practical solutions
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work based on business value
  • A passion for learning, sharing knowledge and helping others succeed
