Overview
An established building consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its London office. Working alongside experienced project management professionals, you'll help deliver a varied portfolio of commercial and residential developments whilst building strong client relationships and developing your career within a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion
- Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Assisting with procurement and contract administration activities
- Monitoring project risks and programme performance
- Preparing client reports and attending project meetings
- Building strong relationships across project teams
Requirements
- Experience within a construction consultancy, project management or client-side environment
- Exposure to commercial and/or residential developments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Understanding of project delivery and construction processes
- Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
- MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB status, or working towards accreditation, would be beneficial
